On weekends the Platzhirsch transforms into a stage for our young professionals, who seize the chance and show their talents and passion for culinary highlights during our "casual fine dining" evening. The concept "talent academy" not only represents extraordinary culinary experiences but also innovation and a fresh take on the restaurant scene in and around Kufstein.
Our culinary concept, the talent academy, leans towards "casual dining" - always first-class, carefully and consciously chosen, and as regional as possible. We aim to offer an excellent dinner as a delightful niche of very high quality, blending tradition and modernity, with our commitment to sustainability, all in a relaxed, convivial, and unpretentious atmosphere.
In essence we are happy to welcome and serve you here in the Platzhirsch coffee house round the clock. Due to the differing resources and economic aspects, unfortunately this is not possible.
