At the heart of our counter concept is a diverse selection of fresh goods: premium sausage and meat specialties in collaboration with Metzgerei Wäger from Ebbs, delicious organic and naturally leavened baked goods, as well as homemade pastries and breads from our own production. The assortment is complemented by regional products such as cheese, milk, eggs, vegetables, fruit, and dry goods from carefully selected local farms.

A special highlight is our lunch offering: classic homestyle dishes – both hot and cold – in self-service. Just like in traditional butcher shops, we prepare fresh meals daily and combine them with the classic favorites from our sausage counter. We also serve fresh fruit juices and creative quick meals for on-the-go, designed to delight even our younger customers.

In the entrance area, 10 to 15 cozy seats invite you to linger – entirely in the original style of the former café. Here, our guests can enjoy the freshly purchased products right on site. Our bread and baked goods selection stands for the highest quality and freshness. Especially in the morning, we offer a variety for our regular and walk-in customers. Alongside fragrant baked goods, you’ll also find pastries and cakes, available to take away or enjoy on the spot. Of course, we also serve hot and cold beverages.

Another highlight of our offering is our house-roasted coffee. We continuously expand our range of coffee accessories and develop new, creative in-house creations – all crafted with passion and expertise in our own production kitchen. Additionally, we offer lovingly curated gift items and gift baskets, seasonal specialties from our patisserie, as well as temporary retail spaces for local producers.
